Take half a cup of fresh freshly plucked peppermint leaves
Now take half a cup of freshly plucked lemon balm leaves.teaspoons.
Now put seeds and leaves in a pot and add three cups of hot boiled water. cover the pot for 10 minutes and then strain and drink.
It is also good for the treatment of skin irritation. It gives cooling effects right after its application.
As we have discussed peppermint tea before. Take the same solution and cool it. Then soak a towel in it and this wet towel for 20 minutes on the skin. It will give a cooling effect and comfort.

Take half teaspoon peppermint oil and half a cup of sweet almond oil.
Take sufficient quantity and massage on the desired area for instant relief.

Take three peppermint tea bags and three cups of hot water. Now mix them in a pot and cover that with a lid. After 10 minutes eliminate tea bags and add one cup of ice cubes into it. Now soak a towel into this mixture and apply on your forehead for about 10 minutes. Repeat as required.
