What Causes The Fat Whoosh Effect In Weight Loss?

Today is day 52 of my 60 pounds in 90 days weight loss challenge, weigh in is at the end of the video. If you all have been watching you have seen that I have been hovering around the same weight for a week or so regardless of my LCHF diet and my low calorie intake. I have been hoping for the Whoosh effect…is it coming? We will see, but today I want to go over exactly what causes the whoosh effect in weight loss.

Original Weight = 395
Weigh in = 301
Goal = 241
