Vegan cookie recipe, essential oils and more | the Yoga Show ep 002 with Roos

This week I’m taking you through how I use my essential oils, what the word guru means and why it’s extra important to be aware of it with the #metoo movement.

9:58 Vegan cookie baking!
Ingredients: (one batch creates 60 cookies! Feel free to halve 😉 )
600 grams of flour (2 3/8 cups)
300 grams of bastard sugar (1 1/2 cups)
375 grams of (vegan) butter (1 ⅔ cups)
5 tea spoons of baking powder
Mix everything together till its a smooth dough. Make small balls of the dough, to fit your molds. Let it sit in the fridge for 20 minutes to cool. Take out of the fridge and press each ball into a cookie mold.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 150 degrees Celcius (300 F) for hot air ovens, 170 C (340 F) for electric ovens. They will rise a bit first, then sink back down. That’s supposed to happen!

Take them out of the oven and out of the molds, then let them sit and cool for a while before eating. This should result in crumbly amazing cookies! Let me know how it goes and ENJOY!
