Using Peppermint Essential Oil | Topically, Aromatically, Internally

Peppermint is one of the easiest essential oils to start using (alongside lavender and lemon) – it’s so easy to use, that often we forget that there are so many different ways to use it!

You can use it to freshen your breath, you can use it to flavor your cooking, you can use it to cool a sunburn, calm an upset stomach, even help you recover from the flu!

Flu Beater!
– 1 drop oregano
– 2 drops frankincense
– 3 drops OnGuard
– 4 drops peppermint

Either added to a capsule and taken internally or rubbed on your belly with a carrier oil every couple of hours.

Chocolate Peppermint Kiss
– 1 Scoop doTERRA Trim Shake, chocolate or vanilla (or replace with your favorite protein shake)
– 1/3 cup non-fat chocolate milk
– 1 cup of ice
– 1-3 drops of peppermint essential oil

Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth – enjoy!
