USING DOTERRA ESSENTIAL OILS WITH BABIES

Do you use your essential oils with your baby? I love this natural form of support that I can offer to them, as long as I’m taking the proper safety precautions.

Recipes:

Teething Roller: 1 drop each clove, white fir, lavender and roman chamomile in a 10mL roller bottle topped with FCO.

Milk Supply Roller: 1 drop each fennel and basil in a 10mL roller bottle topped with FCO.

Nipple Cream/Diaper Cream/Skin Ointment: melt (carefully) 1 cup coconut oil and 1/8 cup beeswax. Add 1 drop each frankincense, lavender and tea tree oils. Place in fridge to solidify.

Diaper Wipes: Cut a good quality roll of paper towel in half (and separate pieces) then place in a wipes container. In a bowl, mix 2 cups warm water, 2 tbsp castile soap, 2 tbsp fractionated coconut oil and 5-6 drops (total) frank, tea tree and/or lavender. Pour over paper towel to soak.
