Brief Overview
Spearmint oil is like Peppermint’s cousin (the more mild and chill one to be exact). There’s also some really great uses for Spearmint below as well!

– Diffuse 3-5 drops of spearmint in the doTERRA Petal diffuser to uplift your mood

– Apply 1 drop of doTERRA spearmint to your electric toothbrush before brushing teeth for fresh breath

– Add 1-2 drops to any chocolate dessert, fruity drink, sweet and savory salad, or entrée for flavoring and to promote digestion

– For occasional stomach upset, add 1 to 2 drops of spearmint to your alkaline water
