Quick and Easy Breakfast Yogurt Parfait using Wild Orange Essential Oil

This fruit and yogurt parfait is a quick, easy, on the go breakfast for mornings that are busier than most. It’s also infused with one of our favorite products, Wild Orange essential oil. Here’s what you’ll need:
Cup or Mason Jar
Plain Greek Yogurt
Strawberries
Raspberries (or other favorite berry/fruit)
Granola
Wild Orange essential oil

Directions:
1) Stir 1-2 drops of Wild Orange essential oil into yogurt
2) Add yogurt, berries, and granola to cup or jar. Alternate your scoops
3) ENJOY!
