Nighty Night Essential Oil Blend: Best Uses + Quick How To

Nighty Night Synergy Blend ►

After running around all day, my 3 little rascals sometimes need help winding down before bedtime. That’s why here at Plant Therapy we developed KidSafe Nighty Night. Nighty Night not only helps settle your kids down so they fall asleep more quickly, it also helps them sleep more soundly! What parent doesn’t need that?!

When it is bedtime I need something quick and easy. I don’t want to spend another 30 minutes making something to use with my children. So here are my three favorite quick and easy ways to use Nighty Night as part of my children’s bedtime routine.

One: Diffused. Simply add 4 to 6 drops of Nighty Night to a diffuser and run 30 minutes before bedtime in your child’s room. Then at bedtime shut the diffuser off.

Two: Topically: Apply the Nighty Night pre-diluted roll-on to your child’s chest or back. Or, you can use Plant Therapy’s Nighty Night Body Cream for a nice relaxing massage.

Three: In a relaxing sleep tight linen spray.

Here is a recipe DIY for a quick and easy sleep tight linen spray.

You will need:

A Spray bottle
4 ounces Witch Hazel or Vodka (which is already in the spray bottle)
And 45-50 drops of Nighty Night Synergy ►

Shake well and then mist bedsheets and blankets before bed. Simple and effective! Just the way I like it!

Nighty Night also comes in a Body Cream, which not only helps your child relax before bedtime, but is also perfect for young, sensitive skin.

With Nighty Night, your children will receive the good night’s rest they need, and YOU will rest assured knowing – as with all our KidSafe synergies – your kiddos are safe and sound.

With all this sleep talk, I think I am ready for a nap… bye.
