Hi friends. Today I’m sharing my top picks and recommendations for essential oils that you should use throughout pregnancy. These are the essential oils that helped me so much to handle symptoms and feel better, naturally, without medicine or harsh chemicals. I recommend these oils to anyone as they are such a physical, mental and emotional support throughout pregnancy and beyond. ➝ MY FAVORITE OILS I LOVE FOR PREGNANCY
Peppermint – for nausea and heartburn. Diffuse a few drops, or add 1-2 drops to water and sip.
Muscles Blend (Deep Blue + Aromatouch from dōTERRA) – for aches, stretching in the belly, round ligament pain and restless leg syndrome. Fill a 10mL rollerball with 5 drops each and top with carrier oil. Rub anywhere that you need!
Calming Blend (Wild Orange + Balance + Lavender) – for muscle cramps and restless leg syndrome. Also great for sleep, relaxation and any pregnancy anxiety. Fill a 10mL rollerball with 3-4 drops each and top with carrier oil. Rub on temples, wrists and legs.
Lavender – for skin and overall relaxation. Add 1 drop to moisturizer / serum nightly for calming hormonal acne and redness. Diffuse a few drops at night to promote calm sleep.
Balance + Wild Orange – for uplifting mood, lowering anxiety and general emotional support throughout pregnancy. Diffuse 5 drops Balance + 3 drops wild orange (or add to a 10mL rollerball and top with carrier oil).
