Today video topic will be:- Multigrain Roti Recipe for Weight Loss | How to make Super Weight Loss, Multi Grain Roti or Chapati.
Our main ingredient is Besan (Gram Flour)
For making a Doe we will need
* Besan (Gram flour)
* Jow (Joo)
Quantity:- Half small bowl of Besan
:- Less than half small bowl joo
:- Less than half small bowl Jawar
:- Very small Raggi flour
* Raggi flour make chapati hard, that’s why I suggest you very less Raggi flour, if you want to ignore Raggi its your wish.
Raggi flour is completely optional.
I like bit hard Chapati so I am adding very little Raggi flour in my dough.
* 1 small spoon of Cumin (Jeera)
* 1 small spoon of carom (Ajwaein)
* 1 small spoon of fennel seeds (Suaff)
* 1 small spoon of Flex seeds
* 1 small spoon of Happiness coriander
* half spoon of Asafetida (Hing)
Roast all these spices on dry pan and use them while making doe.
While making a doe make sure you will add water in small par portion.
This chapati is best for PCOD, BP, and Diabetes patient.
