Science is proving that the reward centers of your brain are boosted when you feel gratitude towards another person, causing scientists to classsify Gratitude as a social emotion. Gratitude actually helps people feel connected to one another.
Essential Oils can play a huge part in your gratitude practice as they promote a whole slew of positive feelings as well.

Here is the recipe for my gratitude blend I use in the morning. It smells delightful, and you could make it into a roller ball also.
2drops Lemongrass Essential Oil
2 Drops Bergamot Essential Oil
2 Drops Grapefruit Essential Oil
2 Drops Ylang Ylang Essential Oil
2 drops Frankincense Essential Oil
2 drops Ginger Essential Oil
2 Drops Rosemary Essential Oil
