Microcirculation and Essential Oils

Microcirculation and Essential Oils

In our discussion of the cardiovascular system with Dr. Peter Minke, there is the circulation through the main veins and arteries, and then there is microcirculation — blood flow through the capillaries.

Microcirculation relies on more than the pumping of the heart. It relies on electrostatic movement of charged particles. The blood needs to have an electrical charge — which is highly affected by the quality of the blood (or nutrition — minerals, hydration, clean proteins, carbohydrates, and fats, and antioxidants).

Antioxidants help keep the blood healthy — we need both water-soluble and fat-soluble antioxidants. Essential oils are excellent sources of fat-soluble antioxidants!
