Making Deep Tissue Repair Oil

Making Deep Tissue Repair Oil

This formula offers pain relief and speeds up the healing process for muscles, ligaments, and tendons. It’s very beneficial, too, for arthritis patients, torn ligaments, pulled muscles, headaches, sore muscles, and maladjusted vertebrae.

It also works great as a massage oil (test first, and dilute, if needed). It completely relaxes the body and has a wonderful compounding effect with a good massage.

It will often get rid of, or at least reduce, a headache almost instantly if you put a drop on both of your temples and rub it in (or if the headache is near the back, rub into the upper trapezoid close to the base of your skull).

Ingredients:

1 cup or 8 oz. wintergreen oil
½ cup cold pressed organic virgin olive oil
¾ cup or 3 oz. menthol crystals
¼ cup DMSO
½ cup dried arnica flowers
½ cup dried calendula or marigold flowers
¼ cup dried ginger root
4 tablespoons of cayenne pepper (or even better, the hottest you can find)

Instructions:

Place the ingredients in a quart jar. Stir well, seal tightly, and store in a warm dark place for 3-6 weeks.

After 3-6 weeks, using gloves, strain the mixture into a bowl through a sieve topped with a cheesecloth or muslin cloth, and store in a dark colored bottle.

To use, apply externally, directly to skin. It doesn’t typically take much; this recipe is potent.

For those who don’t want to make this, you can buy it online.
