Products used:
-Standard wax baking paper

-Bake-able clay. -Find what I use here:

Sweet Orange Essential Oil. -Again, here’s what I use:

Also shown was Chinese Peppermint essential oil- you can find it here:

Oils to use for a feeling of energy, alertness, and clarity include peppermint, citrus (I love the orange, but any variety of citrus has the same aroma energy effect), Rosemary, Eucalyptus, and Bergamot (this has a citrus scent), to name a few.

Oils used to promote a sense of relaxation, calmness, and relieve anxiety are: Lavender, Jasmine, Rosemary, and Chamomile. Again, these are just a few.

All fragrances possess multiple benefits in addition to relaxation or energy stimulation, so do some research to find which oil fragrance will best suit your needs.
