Featuring the healing sounds of two traditional gongs, tibetan singing bowls, relaxing crystal bowls, and calming flute. Sound baths or gong baths are a type of music therapy that use vibrational healing methods to improve your health and well-being. The frequencies and vibrations of the gong are intended to permeate every cell and fibre of your body, creating a deep sense of relaxation and calmness. Sound baths are not just an auditory experience, they are also a type of full body sound massage 🙂 For this reason we recommend listening via a quality sound system if you can, however a good set of headphones will be just as good! Lap top speakers will generally not pick up all the healing frequencies 🙂
Directions: You can either let the vibrations take you into a very deep sense of relaxation and possibly drift of to sleep or you can try to stay present throughout the entire sound bath and use it as a mindfulness meditation exercise, which will help increase your mental focus and expand your consciousness. There is no right or wrong way – switch it up and try both ways! 🙂
