How To Use Lavender Essential Oil | 3 Tips under 3 Minutes | Lavender Essential Oil Benefits

Let’s talk about Lavender Essential Oil! To keep this video short, I’ve suggested 3 uses that will help you add this oil to your daily routine.

I’ve chosen to give 3 tips because 3 benefits are easier to remember when learning about oils, and there are 3 ways to use oils. Topical, Aromatic and Internal (please only use oils you know are for internal use, like Young Living Vitality!)

Topical: Try adding a drop to a bug bite to relieve the itch, or add a drop to your daily moisturizer or mascara for hair and skin support.

Aromatic: A little goes a long way! Diffuse a few drops before bed or add a drop to your hands and rub together to relax. Too much can have the opposite effect! Lavender can improve concentration as well as bring feelings of peace and relaxation!

Internal: make a simple syrup with a low glycemic sugar like coconut sugar and make your own lavender lemonade or lavender latte! Here’s a great recipe to try:
