How to Use Essential Oils to Cut Food Cravings

When you have a craving, it’s typically associated with someone sweet and over time, that little craving can interfere with us optimizing great health. When you repeatedly respond and follow through with these cravings, you’re training your system to now repeat that over and over. So the goal is to shift and intercept that pattern.
The oil blends I created working with a master herbalist and certified aromatherapist can help you do just that. I have one I personally use to intercept this pattern of cravings. Take the oil blend, I Am Fit and do these 3 things:
* Be observant of your pattern of cravings
* Acknowledge the craving, take a little of the oil on your finger and swipe it on your tongue and some on your temples
* Now use an affirmation with tapping on your temples
By doing those steps, you’ll be addressing the emotional and physical needs involved in your constant cravings. Then fill your body with water to make sure you’re hydrated. Over time, you’re teaching your body a new response that will alleviate cravings.
