Different oils have different benefits on health and beauty. for using essential oils, you must have to dilute it in a carrier oil such as coconut oil, olive oil, or sweet almond oil. Carrier oils are usually neutral in nature.

headache and migraine are very close and common problem in both male and female. for headache and migraine essential oils are usually used as aromatherapy. which has two basic form: applied to skin and inhalation.

How essential Oils can helps reducing headache or migraine pain:

today we will give you three very effective essential oil blend for headache and migraine:

1. Peppermint Essential oil:

Essential oil from peppermint contains good amount of menthol. Menthol helps to relax muscle and ease pain.

How to use:
Mix 6 to 8 drops of peppermint oil with 1 oz of carrier oil ( eg. sweet almond oil or olive oil) and apply to temples.

2. Rosemary essential oil:
It is very popular for it anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. Rosemary oil is used for hundreds of years for stress relief, pain relief, and improve blood circulation in affected area.

you can message rosemary oil on affected area by mixing with a few drops of carrier oil like coconut oil, olive oil or sweet almond oil. Placing rosemary oil in diffuser or hot bath with this oil can also relieve pain.

3. Lavender oil:

Lavender oil is widely used as stress relief and relaxation. Many evidence shows that lavender oil can helps to treat headaches and migraines.

Breathing in the scent from lavender can help to reduce pain of migraine and headaches. One study claims that people reported a noticeable reduction of headache and migraine pain by just using fifteen minutes of inhaling the lavender oil.
