In part 3 of this Triumph over Trauma class, you can learn how to overcome negative emotions by having more emotional intelligence. This means stating what you are feeling, understanding why you are feeling that way, and doing something better (i.e. more positive) next time you feel that way.
We are happy to announce that leading Emotional Wellness Expert, Candace Romero will be teaching the class and has over a decade of experience in this area and has helped hundreds of clients in California and abroad.
Note: To be clear, while we will be talking about various emotions, this is not a therapy group (though I do have references), and we will be focusing heavily on research regarding essential oils and their ability to change our emotional chemical responses.
