3) Afternoon rest time, e.g. Yoga Nidra ;
4) Self-hypnosis; and
5) Morning routine.

PHYSICAL BODY ASPECTS
1) Joint rolling;
2) Stretching;

4) Strength & conditioning, e.g. Bouldering/Rock Climbing, and practice squat using a balance disc ;
