Creating pre-diluted essential oil roller bottles is one of the easiest ways to utilize your essential oils. They are compact, convenient, and ready-to-go! You can apply them topically to pulse points, back of the neck, behind the ears, along the jawline, down the spine, on stiff joints, sore muscles, or on the bottom of feet. You can create pre-diluted single roll-ons or custom blends!

Peppermint is known to help increase energy and concentration, alleviate headaches and nausea, and soothe sore muscles and joint pain. In this video, we show you how to make an essential oil roller bottle using Grandpa’s Good Earth Peppermint Essential Oil and Fractionated Coconut Oil. We are using a 5% dilution ratio, which is safe for adults only. You may want to start at a 2-3% dilution and add more drops if necessary. Always follow safety guidelines and safety precautions when using essential oils as they are highly concentrated and should be handled with care.

Safety Precautions:

Keep away from children and pets. The dilution ratio we are using in this video is NOT safe for children. We recommend performing a patch test and discontinuing use if skin irritation occurs. Consult a physician before using if pregnant, nursing, on medication, if you have asthma, epilepsy, or are under a doctor’s care. Avoid contact with eyes and open wounds.

Tip: Don’t forget to label your rollers so you know what’s inside!
