This video is about how to make an Aromatherapy inhaler. It’s simple! You can make an Aromatherapy inhaler for all sorts of issues—cold and flu (and other respiratory conditions), preventing illness and boosting immunity, healthy traveling, headaches, muscle tension, sleep, and more.
You can find inhalers online at Aromatics International. When you make an Aromatherapy inhaler, you need a small bowl, tweezers, and the essential oils you’re using. Just remember, you want about 15 drops total of essential oil in the inhaler.
The blend I’m creating in this video is:
– 5 drops Mandarin essential oil (Citrus reticulata)
– 5 drops Black Spruce essential oil (Picea mariana)
– 5 drops Balsam Fir essential oil (Abies balsamea)
