Exploring the Great Outdoors with Essential Oils

▷ FIND OUT MORE ABOUT ESSENTIAL OILS FOR THE OUTDOORS HERE:

Summer is the perfect time to get outside and explore the world around you. There is so much to see and do, so it’s important that you empower yourself with the tools you need to stay healthy and ready for your next adventure. In order to do this, we suggest incorporating essential oils into all of your outdoor activities.

Wellness Advocate Kacey Vaudrey joins us to share a few of her best tips and tricks. Whether she’s hitting the trail, or out boating with family, Kacey is ready for anything with her trusty “bag of goodies.” In this video, she discusses products that can be used in a myriad of situations such as doTERRA Balance®, Mito2Max®, TriEase® Softgels, TerraShield®, Helichrysum, Correct-X®, DigestZen®, Purify, Peppermint, Lavender, Melaleuca, and Frankincense. Of course, this list could go on, but Kacey has found these products to be her favorites. Essential oils help her from the beginning to the end of all her grand adventures. They can combat any potential seasonal threats, keep her energy high during a hike, and help her whole family recover after a long day in the sun.

We’d love to hear some of your outdoor tips too! Comment below and let us know which products you’ve been storing in your adventure pack!
