As promised, I made a video on how to use essential oils in everyday beauty, wellness and cleaning routines. The oils I mention in the video are lavender, chamomile roman, tea tree, ylang ylang, ginger, spearmint/peppermint, anise, black pepper, lemon, bergamot, eucalyptus, cedarwood, patchouli and clary sage – or practially what a beginner’s essential oil kit should look like 😉

This is not a paid advertisement. I just am sharing what I tried and tested and worked for me, so maybe it could help someone new at this. Always use your common sense when experimenting with essential oils and let me know what you discovered, I’m keen to share ideas !Remember to always test oils before applying them directly on your skin – ex. by blending them with another carrier oil or mixing them with water on cotton pads. I don’t encourage anyone to use them directly on the skin as they could cause allergic reactions or rashes, especially if you have sensitive skin!
