DIY Shower Soothers for Cold & Sinus Relief!

DIY Shower Soothers/ Shower Bombs/ Shower Steamers

I like to use these anytime I have a cold or sinus congestion. They are quick and easy to make and most of all, useful!

Ingredients:
1 cup baking soda
1/3 cup water
10 drops of rosemary essential oil
10 drops of lavender essential oil
10 drops of peppermint or eucalyptus essential oil

Directions:
Mix together the water and baking soda in a mixing bowl. Add in your essential oils and mix well. Pour into silicone liners (if you use paper ones they will most likely stick) and let sit to dry overnight. I let mine dry 24-48 hours (depending on the temperature of your house). Store in a container and use as needed.

To use:
Place a shower soother away from the drain in your shower. I like the place mine towards the very back of the shower so it can dissolve slowly.

Where to buy essential oils? I purchase all of mine from
