DIY – Serene Sleep Spray – Helps Fight Allergies – Better Night Sleep

Today I will be sharing with you a great allergy fighting spray. This is also a sleep spray because when you sleep better during the night, you can fight allergies better during the day. My family has been using this spray for over a year now and it works great.

Serene Sleep Spray

You will need:
1 ounce dark amber or cobalt glass spray bottle
1 ounce (30 ml) distilled water
7 drops of Sweet Orange essential oil
3 drops of Lavender essential oil
2 drops of Ylang Ylang essential oil

Directions:
Pour distilled water into glass bottle
Add all of the essential oils

Use:
Shake bottle before use so that the
essential oils mix with the water.
Spray around the top of the bed and on or
under the pillow. You can also spray the
linens and your covers.

All of the essential oils in this recipe reduce anxiety. Orange eases stress and is soothing. Lavender is calming, emotionally balancing and supports sleep. Ylang Ylang relaxes your muscles and quiets the mind for a serene sleep.

I hope that you enjoy using this as much as we do.
