Here are the recipes:
? Restful Sleep Roller Blend:
Add 5 drops each of doTERRA’s Frankinsence, Serenity, Juniper Berry, and Ceaderwood essential oil to a 10ml roller bottle. Top with fractionated coconut oil. Apply to the bottom of the feet or spine before bed.
? Honey & Salt Recipe:
Add 5 tsp raw honey + 1 tsp sea salt + 1 tsp coconut oil + 2-5 drops wild orange essential oil. Eat 1/4 tsp before bed to help support restful sleep.
? Banana Tea Recipe:
Cut off both ends of the banana, place it with the peel still on in boiling water. Boil for 10 minutes. Pour the water into a mug (discard the banana). Sprinkle cinnamon, or a drop of cinnamon essential oil, into the tea. Drink an hour before you go to bed.
