DIY Essential Oil Recipes – PMS Soothing Bath Soak

Ohhh… That time of the month? Gotcha covered! ?Try this soak – makes one bath treatment

Frankincense essential oil is an effective womb tonic that helps ease heavy periods while melissa essential oil has antispasmodic properties that help put a stop to cramps.

This treatment has a lovely fragrance that soothes nervous tension and alleviates crankiness; as melissa essential oil is a fairly potent sedative, it is best to use this treatment in the evening.

▫️1 tablespoon carrier oil –
▫️8 drops frankincense essential oil –
▫️8 drops melissa essential oil –

Instructions:
In a small glass bowl, add the carrier oil along with the frankincense and melissa essential oils, and stir to combine.

Draw a warm bath and add the entire treatment to the running water.

Soak for at least 15 minutes.

Use caution when getting out of the bathtub, as it may be slippery.

Repeat this treatment once a day as needed.
