DIY Aromatherapy Room & Linen Spray!

Aromatherapy spray is amazingly easy to make and will have your house smelling great. I buy all my essential oils through Mountain Rose Herbs. They have reasonable prices and sell all kinds of essential oil products (bottles, containers, diffusers, etc). Check them out here:

DIY Aromatherapy Room Spray

• 1 oz Vodka or rubbing alcohol
• 1 oz distilled water
• 20 drops of your favorite essential oil (I used 10 drops of Lavender and 10 drops of Rosemary)

Combine ingredients in spray bottle. Shake well before each use. Spray as needed to achieve desired effect.

Other essential oil blends:
For calming pillow/linen/or room sprays use any of the 3 below:
• 15 chamomile and 5 drops of lavender
• 10 drops rosemary and 10 drops lavender
• 10 drops chamomile , 5 drops sage, and 5 drops bergamot

For an uplifting spray:
• 12 drops of orange and 8 drops of grapefruit
• 20 drops of grapefruit

For an energizing spray:
• 10 drops bergamot, 5 drops orange, and 5 drops grapefruit
• 10 drops peppermint and 10 drops lemon
• 12 drops rosemary and 8 drops bergamot

• To avoid staining of pillows and linens use light colored oils
• Store essential oils in a cool places away from sunlight
• Why alcohol? Alcohol helps the aroma linger a little longer
