In part two, David Crow addresses herb and oil blends for relaxing and for strengthening the nervous system. We will learn formulas for reducing stress and tension, tension headaches, nervousness and irritability, and stress related insomnia. Additionally, formulas for supporting cognitive functions, protecting the brain against toxins and aging, increasing memory and concentration, and enhancing learning capacity are discussed. Many of these herbs and oils are also antidepressant and increase resistance to stress.
