cellulite remedy -How to reduce cellulite using essential oils
How to Get rid of cellulite on your thighs by using Essential oil to reduce cellulite. These recipes for anti-cellulite massage oil and anti cellulite bath oil are natural remedies to get rid of cellulite
Anti Cellulite Massage Oil
Give this Anti-Cellulite Massage oil a spin whether you are trying to get rid of cellulite, or prevent it from coming in the first place.
To make the carrier oil Blend the following together:
4 Tablespoons Sweet Almond Oil
1 Teaspoon Macerated Carrot Root Oil
1 Teaspoon Jojoba Oil
(if you can’t get your hands on the other oils, you can substitute Sweet Almond for the rest)
In a separate container blend the following Essential Oils together
12 Drops Juniper berry Essential Oil
5 Drops Lemon Essential Oil
6 Drops Geranium Essential Oil
7 Drops Cypress Essential Oil
Mix the Essential Oil mixture into the Carrier oil mixture and massage into Cellulite prone areas before exercise, and sleep
And Anti-Cellulite Bath Oil
Combine the following oils in a little bottles
6 drops Juniper Berry Essential Oil
10 drops Lemon Essential Oil
10 drops Grapefruit Essential oil
8 drops basil essential oil
Blend them together.
Add 1 cup of Epsom salt and 1/2 cup of Sea Salt to your bath.
Add 5 drops of the Essential Oil mixture from above 1 teaspoon Sweet Almond Oil and add that to the bath once the salt has dissolved.
Relax and let both your stress and your cellulite melt away.
Please note that lemon and grapefruit are photosensitive, so make sure you avoid sun exposure at least 12 hours after this bath.

And to my body brush, I prefer the one with the strap that goes over your hand rather than the one with the long stick. The stick just gets in the way for me.
