Hey guys, I’m going to give you the best essential oil, and essential oil combinations for your diffuser. So let’s say you go to the health store, and you end up coming home with a diffuser. Now you gotta use it. Like me, you were probably like, well what do I do now?

PACHOULI:

ORANGE:

So really, this is a relative question. It really depends on what you are wanting to use your essential oil diffuser for. We are going to run through the two most common approaches that you can take in order to choose what essential oils will go best with your personal diffuser.

Ambience

So if you bought a diffuser just for the purpose of freshening up your home naturally, the essential oils you’re going to choose are going to depend on what fragrances you like.

Do you prefer more rustic scents?

In that case you will prefer essential oils like:

cedar
sandalwood
patchouli
cedarwood

Do you like floral scents?

you can try out
chamomile
rose
ylang ylang
jasmine or
lavender

Maybe you like citrus type scents

bergamot
grapefruit
orange
lemon

If you like energizing scents you’ll like

peppermint
rosemary
eucalyptus

SEASONALLY

If you want to go by season you can try these blends out:

SPRING/SUMMER

10 drops of lemon
4 drops of geranium
3 drops of pettigraine
2 drops of sandalwood

AUTUMN/WINTER
8 drops orange
3 drops frakincense
3 drops benzoin
4 drops of geranium

If you’re missing any of these essential oils, just leave them out. There are no RULES

These oils are known for putting the mind in a hypnotic type of state, and sort of suspending your worries, fears and troubles. It gives your mind a chance to rest and recharge

For studying and want to boost your mental power these oils work well:
