Vetiver essential oil is a rich and earthy aroma, it’s made from roots of Vetiver grass. Vetiver essential oil is called “Oil of Tranquility” in some parts of the world because of how calming it is to your nervous system.
Lavender essential oil is a balancing oil, it’s nourishing, supportive and uplifting, plus it smells so good!
Grapefruit essential oil is a burst of energy, and it’s great when you are trying to come back to yourself!
Here’s how to make Aromatherapy Calm Energy Oil:
1 oz glass bottle
1 oz Jojoba oil
5 drops of Vetiver Essential Oil (Vetiveria zizanoides)
5 drops of Lavender Essential Oil (Lavandula angustifolia)
5 drops of Grapefruit Essential Oil (Citrus paradisi)
First, add the Jojoba oil to the glass bottle, then slowly drop in each essential oil. Whenever you need some calming energy, just rub some of this oil onto your shoulders, chest, feet or wherever you need to relieve tension!
