In this video I discuss Crystal Deodorants, that claim to be aluminum free, but they are not. This claim is misleading. Their main ingredient is Potassium Alum, which is a form of Aluminum. There is debate as to whether or not this is a safer form, but ultimately it is Aluminum, which is linked to Alzheimer’s and Dementia. There is concern regarding increased cancer risk, primarily breast cancer, but nothing definitive yet. I suggest that we remain safe and avoid Crystal Deodorants along with normal Aluminum based deodorants. I am including a few articles here so you can read for yourself. There is so much conflict on this topic, so have fun xD This is why I suggest being cautious about aluminum because while it may be uncertain about its dangers we do know safe alternatives.
