Partly because of this, many people have turned their attention to traditional, herbal supplements.
As I work towards articulating my Top-25 List of Alzheimer’s-Related Herbs, I enumerate ten (10) plants that are of particular importance and interest in the Indian-medical system, known as Ayurveda.

“Ayurvedic” medicine is concerned with restoring the body to its proper “balance” — as defined in Hindu philosophical-religious terms.
Without getting into the weeds of the theory, in this video, I explicate my picks for chief Indian plants for addressing cognitive impairments and dementia (such as Alzheimer’s Disease) and for supporting brain health.
